ABOUT
I am originally from the beautiful country of Ecuador, which I left when I was 17 years old on a journey of self discovery and world exploration. As long as I can remember I have been interested in self development and inquiry and found traveling to be particularly helpful in this endeavor. My adventurous spirit has taken me to live in different parts of the United States including the Virgin Islands. I explored most of the US on a cross country trip and have back packed through Europe and South America. I love traveling and I believe in the power it has to connect you with who you truly are beyond the confines of what surrounds you.
I started exploring meditation when I first arrived in the United States. The benefits I experienced were long lasting and inspired me to study multiple Asian Philosophies. Eventually I started practicing Asanas and understood the vastness and the interconnectedness of the Yoga practice as a whole. In October of 2017 I decided to dive deeper and took my 200hr Teacher Training with YogaWorks. I had been practicing at their studios and realized that their style resonated with my vision. It is no surprise I chose a destination training in the gorgeous Island of Paros in Greece with renowned international teacher trainers Anna Zourzo and David Kim. I will eternally be grateful to my mentors for showing me the way. The training was a transformational experience and it led me to discover that teaching is my passion. This practice has healed me and it has help me grow in ways I didn’t think possible. I would like to share Yoga with as many people as I can reach in this world.
Namaste.
