In this 2 weeks course, you will learn a combination of tools that will help you live a healthier and happier life. We will dive into each tool and then practice it together holding space and accountability for each other.
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
This powerful style of yoga combines meditation, breathing techniques, and postures in each session. We will practice this technique daily.
Simply put, we must know where we are, and where we want to go in order to grow. We will be taking inventory of our lives and will dive into how to get where we want to be.
Reclaiming Energetic Integrity
Everything is energy, and so are we. We will learn simple concepts and universal truths about Energy which will help you navigate the world in more flow.
The body holds infinite wisdom. In this course, you will learn how to return to your body and
allow it to guide you.
Reclaiming Joy and Pleasure
The missing piece of the puzzle. Reclaiming the simple joy of living is a practice, and there are simple tools you can use to train yourself to tap into this power source.
We will meet via Zoom.

Monday - Thursday: 6:30 - 7:30pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12 - 1pm
*I designed the course to have morning and evening sessions to accommodate different schedules. You will receive a recording of the sessions to do them on your own time.
